Job Title: Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team.

Requirements

  • A love of developing and growing people, with a proven track record of doing so.
  • Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring software developers.
  • Organised and able to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

  • Advanced expertise in a relevant domain.
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about software development.
  • Solid experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Demonstrated drive for continual learning.
  • Ability to build trust, relationships, and confidence.
