Client Partnership Development Specialist

The Client Relations Manager position is a key role at Recruiter PH, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. As the primary point of contact, you will work closely with directors and management teams to ensure client requirements are met and delivered.
About the RoleThis role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for creating and presenting reports, coordinating meetings, and facilitating discussions with clients and internal teams.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Client Relations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in account management and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with directors and management teams to understand client requirements and deliver solutions
- Create and present reports, dashboards, and other materials to support client communications
- C coordinate meetings, calls, and other activities with clients and internal teams
- Facilitate discussions and negotiations with clients to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
- At least two years of experience in account management or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluent in English (Mandarin language skills an asset)
