  • Hiring and Onboarding:
  • • Lead recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
  • Financial Analysis:
  • • Prepare financial statements and reports; perform financial analysis; ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Business Development:
  • • Identify growth opportunities, develop strategies, and conduct market research to drive business development.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • • Perform administrative tasks such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff.
