Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales initiatives, this individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients to expand our market presence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. They should possess a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, and a results-oriented mindset with the ability and experience to meet or exceed targets.

Responsibilities
  • Review all brands that initiate the sign-up process and their profile
  • Welcome introductions on the phone to all new clients, answering any questions they may have, handling objections, and clarifying the value proposition
  • Understand client needs and manage expectations while educating those brands on our product
  • Qualify which plan would be most appropriate for the brand or most cost-effective
  • Set expectations as to best practice and what the brand will need to do to maximize tracking, content, promotion, and commission
  • Salesforce administration – keep records up to date and set up communication flows
  • Provide feedback to our internal business on common insights and objections
