Job Title: Enterprise Sales Professional
">Key Responsibilities and Expectations:- Develop meaningful connections with new clients through introductory calls and welcome sessions.
- Confidently address client objections and reinforce the value proposition of our products.
- Evaluate client needs and determine which solutions best meet their requirements in terms of value and cost-effectiveness.
- Qualify leads and assess readiness to proceed with a purchase.
- Manage follow-up communication workflows and future check-ins for clients who are not yet ready to make a payment.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM tools, including Salesforce, with accurate records of client interactions and status.
- Share client feedback, pain points, objections, and feature requests with internal teams to enhance product offerings and messaging.
- A minimum of three years of experience in client-facing roles is required.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with proficiency in email correspondence.
- Proficiency in the English language is mandatory.
- Ability to confidently handle objections from business customers over the phone.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is considered a valuable asset.
