Job Title: Sales Development Representative

This role targets inbound inquiries and qualifying warm inbound leads for our hospitality team, acting as the first point of contact for businesses exploring our solutions.
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging and qualifying leads through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
- Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads from various channels, including website inquiries, marketing campaigns, product trials, and events.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, fit, and readiness to purchase, ensuring smooth handover to account executives.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of inbound leads through consistent follow-up until they're sales-ready.
- Partner with marketing to follow up on campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness.
- Build strong knowledge of the hospitality sector, customer pain points, and competitive trends to better guide prospects.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience: selling across multiple channels (phone, email, social) and using varied sales processes.
- Previous experience: in business-to-business sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong track record: in qualifying leads and building a healthy sales pipeline.
- Familiarity: with sales CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Sales experience: in new business development, preferably within SaaS solutions.
