Debt Recovery Specialist

This is a full-time, permanent position that involves handling inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages from current borrowers.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct negotiations for the collection of outstanding accounts with professionalism and empathy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all collection matters, striving to resolve overdue accounts efficiently.
- Find solutions for customers by adjusting payment dates, processing early payments, or restructuring loan terms.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions clearly and providing accurate information.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in collections, preferably in a contact center environment.
- Background in sales is beneficial.
- Cross-functional skills to manage multiple applications and monitors simultaneously.
