Global Debt Collection Professional

Our company seeks an experienced Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and resolving outstanding debt with clients in a professional and timely manner.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Effective communication with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Reviewing and analyzing customer accounts to identify potential payment problems.
- Working closely with the collection team to ensure timely payments are received.
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- At least 9 months of experience in collections or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with debt recovery laws and regulations.
