Customer Success Manager Role Overview

This is a pivotal position within our organization, focusing on cultivating strong relationships between the Sales Team and customers to ensure satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft O365, including SharePoint, and have experience in project management with 3-5 years of tenure in a similar role. They should also demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide professional support to the Sales Team, taking charge of various administrative tasks, coordination functions, and ensuring timely resolution of product or service issues.
  • To facilitate meetings, record notes, document key takeaways and action items efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in CRM/ERP systems, making sure all data remains organized and easily accessible.
  • Developing and preparing correspondence, documents, reports, and presentations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating on project management by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and coordinating with stakeholders effectively.
About You
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, coupled with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong background in project management, emphasizing multitasking and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically in SharePoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building and conflict resolution.
  • Ongoing ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
