Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, with experience managing complex account relationships and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Develop and execute customized plans to drive customer adoption and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Proactively address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in customer success roles, preferably in a technology or software industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other sales tools
