Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive incremental revenue from our existing customers as a Strategic Accounts Manager.

  • This critical role involves working closely with Regional Sales Directors and Customer Success Teams to deliver success and realize the expansion potential of our existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies with Regional Sales Heads to mine incremental revenue from existing customers.
  • Position the company effectively to win additional revenue from existing customers through strategic business expansion and renewals.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to deliver committed results for our customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to promote company success with other prospects.
  • Stay abreast of latest HR trends, engage in solutioning client's HR needs through new modules and deepen client relationships.
  • Network and evangelize the company value proposition at industry events and conferences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer CXOs and define Human Capital roadmaps for the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise sales.
  • Experience in People Advisory or Solution-oriented consulting roles is preferable.
  • Comfortable with flexible work timings and travel.
  • Proven ability to understand customer pain points and propose solutions.
  • Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
