About the role

Based in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you cultivating and managing key client relationships to drive business growth and success. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be a vital part of the organisation, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and identifying new revenue opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing responsive and proactive support
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and exceeding their expectations
  • Identify new opportunities to expand existing accounts and secure additional business
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution
  • Monitor account performance and provide detailed reports on key metrics and growth opportunities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of strategic account plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and client needs to strategically position the company

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing sales or account management role, preferably within the technology industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively handle client requests and concerns
  • Proactive and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
