About the RoleWe are currently hiring an Account Manager to join our team of a fast-growing SaaS company leveraging AI to transform customer interactions.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support, understanding client goals and helping them get the most out of our platform's features.
Your responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support
- Understanding client goals and helping them get the most out of our platform's features
- Managing the renewal process and identifying upsell opportunities
- Monitoring client satisfaction and proactively resolving issues
- Collaborating with internal teams (product, sales, support) to ensure smooth delivery
- Leading regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
- Developing strategies to increase retention and loyalty
- Handling escalations and ensuring prompt resolution
- Offering recommendations and insights for better platform utilization
We are looking for:
- Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success (preferably SaaS/tech)
- Startup background is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer interactions
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Experience using CRM and customer success platforms
