Job Description

The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve performance goals, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, developing and implementing sales strategies to meet corporate account targets, monitoring sales metrics and preparing reports for management, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving client issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record in managing corporate accounts
