We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our remote team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and collaborate with clients to deliver outstanding results.

About the Role
- Provide timely support to customers via various communication channels.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively as part of a remote team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in technical support, production environments, and client-facing roles.
- Strong knowledge of Linux OS and network administration principles.
- Familiarity with relational databases, such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery knowledge, or Salesforce admin experience.
- Background in utility industry or Smart Grid sector.
- ITIL/ITSM certification.
