We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Tech Support Representative to provide front-line support to our customers.
">This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. You will be responsible for actively listening to customer issues and providing clear, empathetic solutions. Additionally, you will assist in writing and updating troubleshooting documentation.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Use technical troubleshooting guides to resolve issues or escalate when required
- Actively listen to customer issues and provide clear, empathetic solutions
- Assist in writing and updating troubleshooting documentation
- Provide basic guidance related to cars and car parts (training will be provided)
- Essential Skills:
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a tech troubleshooting environment is a plus
- Familiarity with Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Some knowledge of cars and car parts (does not need to be a mechanic, but must be trainable)
- Work Arrangements:
- Part-time: 4–5 hours per day, 5 days a week (flexible shifts)
