Remote Financial Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented financial coordinator to manage our organization's financial operations and customer service. Our team utilizes specialized software including QuickBooks Online, Stripe, and Freshdesk to streamline tasks and ensure accuracy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile payments through Stripe and other systems.
  • Manage accounts receivable, following up on past due payments in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit cards in QuickBooks Online for accurate financial records.
  • Process and record bills in QuickBooks Online for seamless transactions.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, to inform business decisions.
  • Handle payment-related customer service inquiries via Freshdesk or similar platforms.
  • Process refunds and resolve billing disputes with customers.
  • Monitor and update memorized transactions for efficient accounting practices.
  • Coordinate payroll processing.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of two years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial management.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
