Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Recruiting Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain all candidate communication and internal communication with hiring managers.
  • Conduct video screening interviews using a structured approach.
  • Ensure the integrity of our Applicant Tracking System and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Schedule candidates for interviews while efficiently managing calendars and communicating with multiple hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitor recruiting activities across the organization and offer consistent feedback to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and the management team.
  • Create and maintain an exceptional candidate experience through the interview process from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Administer recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills.
  • Maintain data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Prepare onboarding sessions for new employees.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone) is required, as well as a strong and stable internet connection to facilitate disruption-free video and audio calls. A quiet environment with a professional background is necessary to facilitate video interviews.

A strong team player with proactive project management skills is desired. Experience in recruiting, administering online interviews, and/or human resources is also preferred.

Key Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
