At Traackr, we are seeking a professional to join our team as a Customer Support Expert. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional support services to our customers, ensuring their success with our platform.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for technology. They should be comfortable working in a remote environment and have experience with SaaS customer support.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing expert guidance to customers on our products and services.
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new customers, including account setup and implementation.
  • Conducting training and working sessions with customers to optimize their utilization of our platform.
  • Delivering timely and clear responses to customers, utilizing problem-solving skills to efficiently address complex technical issues.

The successful candidate will be a team player who is self-motivated, quick to learn, and has a collaborative mindset. They will also be fluent in English and have a genuine passion for technology.
