  • Global Recruitment Prowess: Your passport is stamped with successful recruitment stories across various international markets for outbound sales roles. You understand cultural nuances and can build diverse, high-performing global teams.
  • Digital Marketing Acumen: You have a strong grasp of digital marketing, especially PPC/Paid Media. You can speak credibly about Google Ads, Meta Ads, CPC, CPA, and ROAS – and you know how to identify sales professionals who can sell these solutions.
  • Elite Sourcing & Prospecting: You're a Boolean Logic virtuoso, a social media navigator, and a networking maestro. You'll unearth niche sales talent with PPC expertise across LinkedIn, specialized forums, and passive candidate channels.
  • Acute Assessment & Interviewing: You're a master listener, a STAR method expert, and you possess an uncanny ability to identify true sales potential and cultural fit, specifically within a high-volume, cold-calling environment.
