A Senior Accountant position in a dynamic finance team is available.

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our global finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership potential, and a passion for solving complex challenges in the technology space.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing end-to-end General Ledger Accounting, partnering with the Finance Controller for ASC 606 recording and commission expense reporting, designing and rolling out processes for capitalizing software development costs under ASC 350, preparing and presenting financial reports for senior leadership, leading projects requiring technical accounting research, GAAP compliance, and memo preparation, identifying and implementing process and system improvements, participating in software implementations, process upgrades, and cross-training initiatives, and taking ownership of special projects, ad hoc reports, and general accounting duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience
  • 2-3 years in Big 4 audit or multinational companies
  • At least 2 years working with U.S. clients (insurance and tech company experience is a plus)
  • Strong exposure to ASC 606
  • QuickBooks, Bill.com and Credit Card transaction experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently while acting with integrity and professionalism
