Job Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and operations of an organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and capital structure to support scalability and resilience.
  • Provide proactive financial insights and scenario planning to advise senior leaders.
  • Establish robust internal controls and compliance frameworks tailored to regulatory requirements.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banking partners, auditors, and regulators.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader within financial services, fintech, digital assets, or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in treasury, liquidity, and capital movement across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Deep experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management.
