Product Management Mentor Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a product management mentor. You will work with individuals in various roles, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in product management.

About the Role

The role involves mentoring employees of varying levels, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.


You will be responsible for:

  • Renders all mentoring hours and responsibilities for the specific program they are mentoring in.
  • Double-checks LX materials for quality assurance purposes when needed or applicable.
  • Completes all forms required by the Eskwelabs Operations team for the improvement of the learning experience.
  • Serves as judges for sprint or project presentations.
  • Completes all requirements of the Eskwelabs Operations team in the form of attending debriefings and other meetings stated by the Eskwelabs Operations team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven time management skills.
  • Empathy and adaptability.
  • Proven technical expertise.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, data literacy, A/B testing, design thinking, product analytics tools, product requirements document, product roadmap, product backlog, Jira, Figma, and Miro.

Benefits

This role offers a mid-senior level position on a contract basis with a salary of ₱50,000.00–₱70,000.00 per month.
