Senior Product Manager Position

As a senior product manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our enterprise products. You will lead cross-functional teams to define and execute strategic product roadmaps that align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead product development teams to deliver high-quality features and products within targeted timelines.
  • Establish and drive business objectives and key performance indicators (OKRs) for the enterprise product organization.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop comprehensive strategic product roadmaps.
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders through effective communication and partnership building.
  • Drive product strategy meetings with executive leadership to inform and align on product vision.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and strategy.
  • Manage product launches and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management roles with proven leadership capabilities.
  • Experience leading product discovery, creating product vision, and contributing to overall product strategy & roadmap in support of company-wide goals.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams in software product development.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to present to C-level executives.
  • Expert knowledge of agile development methodologies and processes.
