Product Development and Marketing Specialist

This role oversees the execution of product training programs for partners, manages offline event marketing campaigns, media and influencer partnerships, and content creation initiatives such as ad copy, blog articles, press releases, and diverse types of content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver product training sessions for partners, create engaging offline event experiences, design effective media and influencer marketing strategies, and produce high-quality content pieces.
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions at events, workshops, conferences, or other related activities as needed.
  • Customize sales kits, data sheets, and review guides for partner use.
  • Support events, workshops, live streaming, and other marketing-related occasions as needed.
  • Plan and execute offline events, including channel events, campus events, and product launches held by MSI or other vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a team player.
  • Research and propose key opinion leaders (KOLs) and media outlets to promote product concepts and promotions.
  • Maintain close relationships with KOLs and media representatives for product reviews, events, and other exposures.
  • Brainstorm ideas and content to collaborate with KOLs.
  • Manage public relations relationships with agents, vendors, media, and influencers.
  • Plan and execute co-operative projects with third parties, ensuring partner Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Organize online and offline events for gaming, creator, and office worker segments.
  • Work on other projects assigned by the HQ Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role; IT product background is preferred.
  • Familiarity with paid media tools such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and ability to draw actionable insights.
  • Fluent English communication and writing skills; good organizational and time management skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Pasison for technology products (Laptop / PC Gaming / Gaming Gear and Games).
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or other creator software is a plus.
