Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Workday HRIS Analyst to drive the configuration, maintenance and enhancement of our Workday system. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of Workday functionality, enjoys problem-solving and excels in a collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain and enhance Workday Core HCM, Recruiting and Learning modules.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition and Learning teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues and implement system improvements.
  • Participate in new module rollouts, enhancements and optimization projects.
  • Maintain system integrity by performing regular audits, data validations and testing activities.
  • Support end-user inquiries, provide training as needed and ensure a positive user experience.
  • Coordinate with IT and Workday support for issue resolution, integrations and system updates.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of Workday experience, including hands-on configuration in Core HCM and Recruiting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience with reporting tools in Workday (e.g., custom reports, calculated fields).
