Key Responsibilities Include:

The
HRIS Manager
will have both a strategic and hands-on role, serving as a dedicated expert in Workday systems, including Recruiting, Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Learning, Benefits, and Absences. This individual will be a team player responsible for HR systems maintenance and support, working alongside a customer-focused HR organization that emphasizes collaboration and excellence.

This role will report in a matrix structure to the local HR leader in Manila and functionally to the global HR Technology & Analytics Director. The HRIS Manager will partner with internal clients, including L&D, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, Payroll, and HR Ops teams, providing strategic planning and execution while leading projects with a strong background in systems. The ideal candidate will offer technical and functional solutions to refine and enhance system utilization.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Workday modules: Recruiting, Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, and Absences, including enhancements, maintenance, audits, and system upgrades.
  • Support future expansion of the strategic roadmap, including VNDLY, Peakon, and Time Tracking.
  • Partner with IT to lead and participate in the review, testing, and implementation of system releases and communicate benefits to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR Ops to drive automation of business requirements and reduce process cycle times.
  • Lead our HRIS team managing different Workday modules with streamlined operations and a positive employee experience, supporting their development and career growth.
  • Ensure data integrity and apply data management best practices.
  • Provide technical and enhancement support in collaboration with HR Operations.
  • Prioritize operational activities, resolve complex issues, and provide guidance on escalated matters.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to maximize value from relationships.
  • Lead and support resolution of integration issues, execute ad hoc data uploads, and develop complex reports with analytics.
  • Participate in HR technology maintenance, implementation, and improvement projects.
  • Lead special projects and seasonal HR processes supported by Workday.
  • Drive continuous improvement of employee lifecycle stages, ensuring excellent employee experience.
  • Leverage emerging Artificial Intelligence capabilities such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and intelligent automation within Workday and auxiliary platforms.
  • Collaborate across global teams and time zones to support enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
  • Track and report on system performance, adoption metrics, and process improvement outcomes.

About You:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of HRIS experience with emphasis in HR Systems/Operations in a fast-paced tech company.
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in managing Workday systems, including Recruiting, HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Benefits, and Absences.
  • Proven experience as a people manager of a team of five or more members.
  • Deep HRIS knowledge and vendor management experience.
  • Experience managing large HRIS implementations; multiple implementation experiences preferred.
  • Customer-first mindset and builder mentality.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to explain systems in simple terms.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with limited supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to distill complex findings.
  • Experience in system assessments and implementations, including project and change management.
  • Broad knowledge of HR processes, concepts, and practices.
  • Collaborative and supportive team player.
  • Strong system change management discipline and management of a dynamic work backlog.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management required.
  • At least five years of HR System and Technology integration or related experience required with at least three years in a leadership position.
