Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain and optimize our core Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Ensure employee data integrity by implementing workflows, permissions and integrations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for system troubleshooting, improvement and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop, test and deploy new workflows and templates within HRIS to enhance automation and reduce manual administration.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through system optimization and process automation.
  • Design and maintain people dashboards and regular reporting on key performance indicators such as headcount, turnover, diversity equity and inclusion, and new hires.
  • Support global HR administration by generating relevant employee documents based on HRIS-driven changes.
  • Partner with finance and IT teams to ensure seamless data flows between systems.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations in all HR system activities.
  • Train HR teams and managers on system usage and self-service tools.
  • Support business leaders with ad-hoc data requests and analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years' experience in an HRIS or People Systems role, preferably in a global context.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Deel, HiBob, BambooHR, Workday etc.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP etc.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboard building.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy and process orientation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting global HR teams and understanding of data privacy laws.
  • Understanding of HR administrative processes and documentation needs linked to employee lifecycle events.
  • Bonus: experience with API integrations, automation tools or low-code platforms.
