Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for monitoring the realization of actual costs versus budget, preparing budget and forecast calculations, and providing standard, ad hoc, and scenario-based analysis for costs, balance sheet, and net working capital.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in assigned business processes, propose continuous improvement measures, and work closely with Manager to understand root causes and represent process procedures, practicalities, and exceptions.
  • Execution: Collect assumptions on overheads and business expenses, consolidate budget, provide input to PBF&R tool for OB and RFs, review and validate period-end accruals for PO and non-PO expenses based on defined criteria, post manual accruals for commercial investments, collect assumptions on Balance Sheet forecast, capturing business dynamics, and provide B/S and Cash Flow input to the system.
  • Business Support & Collaboration: Effectively cooperate with COE Reporting for extensive analysis and ad hoc request needs to support market demand on financial performance, liaise with other IBS process delivery groups to ensure high-quality customer service and guarantee continuous service improvement, and support Manager Finance Controlling as SPOC for markets within a region.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required.
  • A professional with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Finance and understanding of corporate finance as well as financial statement analysis and controls.
  • Background on Financial Planning (budgeting and forecasting), Finance Fundamentals, and Accounting is key.
