Job Title: Risk Operations Specialist

The role is part of the Financial Markets organization, responsible for the correct and timely processing of all financial products.

This team delivers quality reports and analyses on financial performance in cooperation with internal teams. In upcoming years, the team will take over operational tasks related to financial reporting, aligning processes across locations, improving and automating them where possible.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and monitor reporting processes
  • Analyse issues in reporting process, e.g. incorrect financial reporting or weaknesses in IT value chain leading to late reporting
  • Liaise with risk management, internal teams and tech teams to create an environment of virtuous improvement and implement metrics to monitor reporting process performance

We are looking for a colleague with analytical skills who takes decisions based on data and facts, strong resilience, pro-active, creative and out-of-the-box thinking, open and transparent communication, energy, motivation and ability to work as part of a team but also independently.

Requirements

  • Proven track record and technical skills
  • Master's or bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience
  • Experience in financial markets, risk or operations environments
  • Knowledge of derivatives products
  • Experience and/or affinity to deliver process improvements together with the IT organization
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
