About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Financial Consolidation Specialist to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial consolidation and reporting across multiple entities and regions. The ideal candidate is a CPA or CMA with strong financial reporting knowledge, experience in consolidation processes, and proficiency with ERP/consolidation systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and consolidation process for multiple entities.
  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS/PFRS/GAAP (as applicable).
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the preparation of management reports, board reports, and disclosures.
  • Partner with accounting, FP&A, and business unit finance teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of submissions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in consolidation, reporting, and internal controls.
  • Maintain and optimize ERP and financial consolidation systems (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle FCCS, Hyperion).
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting, and related field
  • CPA license strongly preferred (CMA a plus).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or external audit (Big 4 or multinational exposure is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of IFRS/PFRS, intercompany accounting, and consolidation principles.
  • Experience with financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
