We're Hiring: Content Marketing Specialist (Resident Content Creator)

First Life Financial Co., Inc. is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist (Resident Content) Creator who will serve as both a strategic storyteller and the on-screen voice of our brand. This role combines creativity, digital strategy, and on-camera presence—perfect for someone passionate about content creation, brand building, and engaging audiences.

What You'll Do

As the Content Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Plan & Execute Digital Content – Collaborate with the Brand and Communications Officers to design and implement a data-driven content calendar.
  • Track & Analyze Performance – Measure engagement, monitor performance metrics, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
  • Create Engaging Campaigns – Partner with the Brand Officer to brainstorm and produce creative, compelling campaigns across social platforms.
  • Align Communications – Coordinate with the Communications Officer to ensure content reflects the company's tone and objectives.
  • Lead with Innovation – Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who is confident, creative, and camera-ready.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or a related field (preferred)
  • Comfortable being the "face of the brand"—confident in front of the camera, articulate, and engaging
  • Strong command of English (verbal and written)
  • Fresh graduates with a flair for creativity are welcome to apply
  • Former financial advisors (inactive) who aspire to be influencers are encouraged to explore this opportunity
