Senior Financial Transformation Lead

This position is responsible for leading financial transformation initiatives to drive cost management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes and be able to optimize them to improve efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to align with business objectives
  • Manage regional and segment-level profit and loss reporting to provide insights for leadership
  • Lead finance shared services transformation by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing automation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in financial management, financial planning, or finance transformation
  • Proven track record in leading finance process improvements and driving transformation within a shared services or multinational environment

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data
  • Leadership and change management skills to drive finance transformation initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial certification
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial planning tools
Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor

Assist in the preparation of financial plans and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives
