IT Technical Specialist

The role of IT Support Specialist is designed to provide high-quality technical assistance to clients.
Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving technical issues, documenting incidents, and escalating unresolved problems when necessary.
- Detect and classify incident types and service interruptions.
- Record incidents cataloging them by symptom and resolution.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to provide online security advice and support, monitor issues from start to resolution, and collaborate with team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT service desk support.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of BMC or ServiceNow ITSM systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, and Office365.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- A strong customer service orientation and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, be proactive, and have excellent time management skills. They should also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
