Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for clients across various industries.
Your primary responsibility will be to respond to technical inquiries, resolve issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity, and guide users through solutions with patience and professionalism.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions
This is a remote position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach. You will work from home and be responsible for resolving technical issues, documenting interactions accurately, and collaborating with internal teams to improve support processes.
- Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience
- Meet performance metrics including resolution time, customer satisfaction, and attendance
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Detail-oriented and patient individual
