Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee the front office workflow of our physical therapy clinic. As a remote position, you will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance information.

This is a vital role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in healthcare administration or reception. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in a similar field and be familiar with U.S. insurance verification workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and SMS patient inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-ups, and referrals
  • Process intake forms and maintain patient records in EMR systems
  • Verify insurance and coordinate with billing staff as needed
  • Provide polite and professional customer service to patients
Requirements:
  • 1+ year experience in healthcare admin, receptionist, or VA role
  • Familiarity with U.S. insurance verification workflows preferred
