Senior Zoho Migration Specialist

A highly skilled professional is required to oversee the migration of our core operations to Zoho One.
Key Responsibilities:- Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption.
- Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency.
- Set up third-party integrations using Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect.
- Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use.
- Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance.
- Proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator).
- Experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect).
- Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.).
- Background in business process automation and optimization for jewelry or retail industries.
