We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead the full-scale migration of business operations into the Zoho ecosystem.
Job Description- Migrate legacy systems into Zoho applications, including Inventory, CRM, Books, and Invoices.
- Ensure seamless data transfer of customer information, inventory SKUs, order history, and billing systems.
- Set up user roles, permissions, and workflows in Zoho One.
- Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms for e-commerce, shipping, payment, and communication.
- Train internal stakeholders on Zoho functionalities and best practices.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Zoho experience across Zoho CRM, Inventory, Books, Desk, and Creator.
- Proven track record in full-cycle Zoho migration projects and post-launch system management.
- Proficient in Deluge scripting, client-side scripting (JavaScript), and building custom workflows.
- Experience in integrating APIs and tools like QuickBooks, Shopify, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Skilled in automation platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
