Fullstack Zoho Manager
As a seasoned and experienced leader, you will spearhead the migration of our operations to Zoho. This encompasses inventory management, customer relationship development, sales growth, invoicing, and integrations. Your expertise will also be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the system post-migration.
Key Responsibilities:- Migrate company data and processes to Zoho (inventory, customers, sales, invoices, and integrations)
- Ensure seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks for accounting and financial tracking
- Maintain and optimize the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy
- Provide training to team members on utilizing Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations
- Continuously enhance business workflow and automation processes
- Proven experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books implementation and management
- Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho
- Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to train and support team members in utilizing Zoho efficiently
