Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive growth and expansion of our IT solutions, software, and services. This role involves developing and executing GTM strategies for product launches, market expansions, and feature rollouts.

You will work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to enhance product positioning, accelerate adoption, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive GTM strategies for product launches, market expansions, and feature rollouts.
  • Conducting in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
  • Building and refining customer segmentation models to optimize targeting and personalized messaging.
  • Creating and enhancing sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, whitepapers).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, marketing) to ensure alignment on positioning and messaging.
  • Driving demand generation initiatives by supporting digital campaigns, content marketing, and ABM strategies.
  • Defining KPIs and performance metrics to measure GTM effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. 8+ years of experience in product marketing within IT, B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  2. Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for IT solutions.
  3. Proven track record of launching and scaling technology products in global markets.
  4. Strong storytelling, messaging, and strategic thinking skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms.
  6. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
