Financial Operations Manager

Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to effectively manage budgets, lead teams, and drive strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for accurate financial information
  • Identify control gaps, assess risks, and recommend enhancements to mitigate potential weaknesses
  • Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate daily activities of the Accounting and Reporting department and ensure timely completion of major projects, month-end, and year-end reports
  • Adhere to Corporate Finance and Accounting Guidelines
  • Maintain accurate financial records and coordinate audits and reconciliations
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimizations
  • Review and correct errors in financial entries, documents, and reports
  • Submit statutory accounts on set deadlines and finalize tax computations
  • Prepare, review, and analyze Statutory Financial Statements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics
  • Qualification in respective country CPA, ACCA, CIA is preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a multinational organization
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of office IT tools
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
