Job Summary:

The Strategic Financial Director will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial strategy and driving sustainable business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance leader to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Lead the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Oversee all aspects of finance, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and treasury
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and the board of directors
  • Manage cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies to support business operations and expansion
  • Assess financial risks and opportunities, and provide guidance on cost reduction and profitability improvement
  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor financial health and support data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or VP of Finance
  • Deep understanding of corporate financial law, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial modeling
  • Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with ERP and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
  • Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA
  • Experience working with executive teams and boards, including investor relations if applicable
