Strategic Project Lead

Are you a seasoned project manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to lead projects from conception to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and exceeding client expectations.

About the Role:
  • Lead medium to large-scale global projects, collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and external resources in a virtual environment.
  • Develop and maintain effective project records, identifying risks, investigating mitigation plans, escalating issues, and executing change management.
  • Clearly articulate project requirements and status to various levels and audiences, providing strategic guidance while leading a project team.
  • Spearhead innovative projects for corporate initiatives and enhancements, utilizing expertise in formal presentation and project management software.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in project management, leading projects with a proven track record of success.
  • PMP certification and/or equivalent relevant project management experience.
  • Operational management experience within the BPO/call center industry required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Expertise in project management software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and flowcharting applications.
