- We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Training Specialist to empower users worldwide to get the most out of our collaboration platform.
As a key member of our fast-growing SaaS team, you'll lead engaging training sessions from live webinars (50–200 attendees) to tailored 1:1 sessions. Your role will be crucial in helping teams adopt our product effectively.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality live training sessions to diverse customer groups, showcasing product features and best practices.
- Customize content based on business needs, product usage, and feedback, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Identify opportunities for growth, adoption, and account expansion through data analysis and market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive product development and customer success.
- Stay current on product updates and tech integrations to provide expert guidance to customers.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in training, enablement, customer success, or SaaS consulting.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable presenting to groups of 10–200 attendees.
- Tech-savviness and confidence using multiple tools and platforms.
- A customer-first mindset with soft sales ability.
- Excellent time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
