About the Role:
  • Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Update recruitment records in digital platforms, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align hiring needs and goals.
  • Contribute to knowledge management resources, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials, to support team success.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or a willingness to learn about this dynamic industry.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Reliability, self-motivation, and adaptability to thrive in a remote work environment.
Technical Requirements:
  • A reliable laptop or desktop computer with an i5 processor or equivalent.
  • A fast and stable internet connection with download/upload speeds of at least 15 Mbps.
