Hiring Manager - Talent Acquisition Specialist


About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong recruitment skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling and Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities and promote our services
  • Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for open roles in various industries, ensuring the best fit for our clients' needs
  • Performance Metrics and Tracking: Adhere to performance metrics, including number of daily calls, submissions, and placements, to meet hiring goals and objectives
  • Candidate Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of interactions in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a recruiting or staffing role, with emphasis on cold calling candidates
  • Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written), strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Education: Minimum of 2 years agency recruiting experience

Work Environment:

This is a remote work opportunity that requires the ability to work US business hours (Monday-Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm PST). A quiet workspace and high-speed internet connection are required.
