
Talent Acquisition Leader

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to lead our team of recruiters and sourcing specialists. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with a strong ability to drive results and set high standards for quality and efficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets while maintaining our high standards for quality and efficiency. This requires a leader who is not only a coach but also a reliable role model, consistently present and engaged to oversee team attendance and provide support as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a strong understanding of performance management and proficiency with recruitment software. They will be goal-oriented, detail-focused, and driven to meet and exceed targets, while being available during USA business hours (Eastern Standard Time): Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Fridays, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. EST.
This is a full-time, permanent, 100% remote position that offers pay raises and the benefit of working from home. We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and has a strong desire to take on this leadership role.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, providing direction and support to help them achieve company goals.
- Manage team attendance and be a consistent, reliable presence, setting the standard for the team.
- Implement robust performance management strategies to monitor, evaluate, and improve team member performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine job descriptions, requisition processes, and compensation strategies.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Actively participate in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to serve as an example for the team.
- Foster a culture of excellence and accountability, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent performance management and recruitment software skills.
- Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and driven to meet and exceed targets.
- Available during USA business hours (Eastern Standard Time): Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Fridays, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. EST.
- A competitive salary range of Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month.
- Annual bonuses and commission pay.
