Talent Acquisition Expert

Talent acquisition experts play a pivotal role in driving hiring success for our clients.

As a key talent acquisition expert, you will be responsible for providing expertise on recruiting systems and workflows, ensuring seamless operations across the entire talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in recruiting tools and best practices, providing ongoing support and training to ensure proficiency.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date hiring data across systems to guarantee reporting precision and compliance.
  • Lead optimization efforts for our ATS, improving workflows, permissions, approvals, and reporting capabilities.
  • Drive projects that strengthen recruiting operations, data infrastructure, and analytics to drive business growth.
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in requisitions, interview plans, job descriptions, and offer details to minimize errors.
  • Partner with Finance and People teams to streamline processes and enhance collaboration through strategic system use.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition within a fast-growing organization.
  • Proven expertise with Greenhouse ATS at a Site Admin level including user management, approvals, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting pipelines, funnels, and conversion metrics.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gsuite) and other TA tech tools.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
  • A data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable results.
