Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technician I to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for performing advanced support for alarm management, handling, monitoring, and processing refrigeration and HVAC alarms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer applications, managed services business systems, and tools. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and maintain a positive energy level in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Alarm Management: Responsible for interrogating refrigeration and/or HVAC alarms received, diagnosing them based on Service Level Agreement with external customers.
  • Documentation: Deliver alarm information with accurate documentation by calling or sending email to external customers.
  • Decision Making: Provide sound decision based on alarm history and graph analysis.
  • Work Order Updates: Update and confirm completed work orders pursuant to customer procedures.
  • Customer Service: Answer inbound and transferred calls and address them as necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any 4-year degree
  • Fresh graduate is acceptable
  • Preferred with experience gained from interactive customer service and related functions
  • Background in offshore service operations is an advantage
