Financial Analyst Position

This key role in our Finance team supports the Director of Finance by contributing to strategic decision-making through financial analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Analyze financial data to inform business strategy and drive growth.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather and analyze financial information.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis.
  • Support senior management with presentation preparation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online and NetSuite for financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven expertise in QuickBooks Online and NetSuite is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Knowledge of additional financial software and tools.
